  • Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC), Aceh Regional Office, 19 August 2025

A fake site imitates the customs declaration, shows an amount to pay at the end of the form and redirects to payment apps. It is not an Indonesian government site and is suspected of fraud and data theft.

Look-alike sites named by official sources

Shown as text, never as links. The tag repeats how the official source describes each site.

  • ecd-indonesia[.]comfake
  • ecustoms[.]idfake

How to spot the official site

  • The address must be exactly allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. Type it yourself or use the official link on this page instead of clicking an ad.
  • Look closely at the spelling and the ending. Look-alike sites copy the form's name in a slightly different address.
  • The official form is free. A request for a service fee or card details means you are on the wrong site.
  • Check that the address is exactly allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id. The official e-visa and e-VOA portal is evisa.imigrasi.go.id, and the Bali levy is paid at lovebali.baliprov.go.id.
  • Do not pay any website or email link for the arrival declaration. It is free.
  • The UK FCDO warns that fake visa agents may take your money and fail to provide a visa, or provide the wrong one.
  • In 2022, Indonesian immigration warned that indonesia-evoa[.]com was a fake site imitating the e-VOA payment process and appearing at the top of Google results.
