How we check arrival card information
Every answer on this site comes from official sources and is re-checked every month by the Arrival Card Finder editorial team. Here is how.
Checked against official government sources on 28 October 2026.
Who we are
Arrival Card Finder is an independent guide made by the Arrival Card Finder editorial team at helloalard. We are not a government site, and we never fill in or sell forms.
Where our facts come from
- Government sites: the form's own website, immigration and customs authorities, ministries and embassies.
- Official travel advice: UK FCDO, Australia's Smartraveller, the US State Department and Canada's travel.gc.ca.
- Press reports alone are never enough. A fact goes on the site only when an official source confirms it, and every page lists its sources.
- When official sources disagree, we say so and show both instead of picking one.
Monthly checks
Once a month we re-check every country with an online form: that the link goes to the government's own site and straight to the form, that the status is right, and that the window, form name and notes are accurate. We also sweep the countries without a form for new ones.
Each country page shows the date we last checked it. Guides, visa pages and the fake-site tracker are re-checked the same way.
Between the monthly checks, a weekly news watch looks for new or announced forms in several languages.
A person reviews every change before it goes live.
The change log
Real-world changes we confirm, such as a new form, a new window or a form that ended, go into the change log with the date and the official source. You can follow it by RSS.
Screenshots
Screenshots of official sites are taken on a phone without entering any data or submitting anything. We blur government emblems and anything personal, and show the date each one was taken.
Report a problem
Found something wrong or out of date? Email contact@helloalard.com, or use "Report a problem or a change" on any country page. Please don't send passport numbers or other personal details.
How the site is paid for
The site is free. Some links to travel services are affiliate links and are labelled as such. Links to official forms are never affiliate links, and partners never affect what we say about a form.
