Do I need an arrival card for Sweden?

No. Sweden doesn't ask visitors to fill in an online arrival form (also called an entry form, immigration card or landing card) before they travel. EU Entry/Exit System biometric registration happens at the border; ETIAS for visa-exempt nationals is planned but not yet operational. The optional EU 'Travel to Europe' app can pre-fill EES data at some airports.

Do I still need a visa for Sweden?

An arrival form is not a visa. Whether you need a visa or an electronic travel authorization depends on your nationality, so check Sweden's official immigration website or your own government's travel advice.
