Do I need an arrival card for Russia?

No. Russia doesn't ask visitors to fill in an online arrival form (also called an entry form, immigration card or landing card) before they travel. From 1 July 2026 visa-free foreigners entering for work or study must apply in the Gosuslugi RuID app at least 72 hours before entry; for visa-free tourists it is reported as advisory.

Do I still need a visa for Russia?

An arrival form is not a visa. Whether you need a visa or an electronic travel authorization depends on your nationality, so check Russia's official immigration website or your own government's travel advice.
