Do I need an arrival card for Madagascar?

No. Madagascar doesn't ask visitors to fill in an online arrival form (also called an entry form, immigration card or landing card) before they travel. Ebola measures: all travellers must complete a health declaration form and undergo health screening on arrival. Anyone who has been in or transited through an Ebola-affected country in the last 21 days may be refused entry unless exempt.
