Rwanda arrival card: do you need one?

Common questions

Do I need an arrival card for Rwanda?

No. Rwanda doesn't ask visitors to fill in an online arrival form before they travel. Ebola measures at Kigali airport since 22 May 2026 deny entry to foreign nationals who were in DR Congo in the previous 30 days.

Do I still need a visa for Rwanda?

An arrival form is not a visa. Whether you need a visa or an electronic travel authorization depends on your nationality, so check Rwanda's official immigration website or your own government's travel advice.
